Choosing an MSP and Building Cyber Reslience

Please join us virtually for a presentation by Rich Edmundson and Tom Daly of WideData Corporation as they discuss what to look for when selecting a Managed Services Provider (MSP).  What are the typical services offered by an MSP and what other potential services should be considered. Their insight will help you identify the ‘red flags’ when looking into Managed IT services.

Rich Edmundson holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and has spent the past 26 years building and running his own IT consulting and managed services firm – WideData Corporation. His work spans network security, systems administration, database management, and custom automation, with deep expertise across SQL Server, and enterprise infrastructure. One of his firm’s primary verticals is the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, where he specializes in Deltek Vantagepoint administration and development, helping firms streamline operations through tailored technical solutions.

Thomas Daly is the Director of Operations at WideData Corporation. Tom is a Mechanical and Industrial Engineer graduating from Iowa State University. Tom has almost 30 years of manufacturing management experience helping organizations improve operational performance, strengthen cybersecurity, and build business resilience. He works closely with AEC and professional services firms to align technology strategy with business goals and prepare organizations for an increasingly complex digital landscape.
