Speaker Bio: Zebulon Meyer 

 Zebulon Meyer is a communications professional with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Journalism from West Virginia University, where he specialized in advocacy and public interest communication. His experience includes strategic communications, content development, multimedia storytelling, and stakeholder engagement across public, nonprofit, and corporate settings.

As a Graduate Research Assistant with the WVU Public Interest Communication Research Laboratory (PIC Lab), Zebulon supported communications initiatives ranging from social media campaigns and multimedia production to corporate communications and public outreach. His work has included developing communication templates, managing digital content, coordinating projects, and creating resources that improve consistency, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.

In addition to his communications experience, Zebulon serves in the West Virginia Army National Guard, where organization, standardization, and clear communication are essential to mission success. Across both his military and professional experiences, he has seen firsthand how well-designed systems and reusable resources can save time, reduce errors, and improve outcomes.
