Speaker Bio: Gretchen Renz, FSDA, CDFO

Gretchen Renz is Managing Director of Operations & Finance at Bernardo Wills Architects in Spokane, Washington, where she leads a seven-person team responsible for finance, HR, project administration, systems, and firm wide strategy. She has spent more than three decades in design firm operations, joining Bernardo Wills in 1991 as Office Administrator and advancing through every operational role at the firm since.
Gretchen currently serves as Past President of SDA National, where she provides institutional guidance to the President and Board, mentors emerging leaders, and supports volunteer sustainability across the organization.
